Elite Fabrication is part of the Elite Metal Group.

Managing Director Cathal Vaughan originally trained as a welder in Ireland with J Murphy & Sons and started Vaughan Fabrications (The first company of the group) 7 years ago by going door to door in London mending bicycles and fences. Within a year he'd purchased his first van and with his skills, knowledge and reputation for good customer service has grown the business to the 50 strong team it is today.

In 2020 he purchased Elite Metalcraft & Elite Structural Steel which now means he can offer a tailored service from start to finish of the construction process in Elites fully equipped 36,000 sq. ft workshop.

Elite Fabrication specialises in architectural & bespoke steel products collaborating with architects, garden designers and both main & landscape contractors with our plethora of products commonly used in traditional landscape schemes, on podiums and on roof terraces. Our design team can engineer structures from stainless steel, iron, bronze, brass, copper and many other alloys - according to your requirements.

We have the experience and ability to take a project through to completion stating with the architectural design process including surveying via latest tech 3D scanners, through manufacturing and into site project management if required. The quality of our finishes is second to none in the architectural metalwork field, having in house laser-cutting / metal folding / rolling facilities / notching / drilling / turning & design coating. The flatbed laser can cut steel, aluminium or stainless steel from 0.5mm thick to a maximum of 25mm (Steel), 20mm (Aluminium) and 20mm (Stainless Steel). It can also cut brass and copper since the industrial laser produces the 7kw output and leaves the materials edge with a high quality surface finish.

We are 100% in control of the project eliminating the chances of supply chain issues and enabling us to deliver in faster lead times than our nearest competitor.
