Starting with the contractor in mind, every employee at Elite Fabrication has grown up “on the tools” either on the factory floor or on site so we have a wealth of experience and truly understand the challenges of being a contractor.

We understand the need to maximise efficiency and speed on site to maintain budgets and margins whilst still hitting completion dates. Between us we have over 100 years experience.

Point of Difference

We do not use 3rd party manufacturers so our lead times are often 50% quicker than our nearest rivals and we can offer a “One Stop Shop” approach for your needs for steel on site.

A perfect example is this fabulous roof terrace at Carlton House in Putney, a scheme beautifully installed by Ardmore. Ordinarily there are numerous suppliers involved in a scheme like this but at Elite Fabrications we could manufacture all of the following;

The Planters and Benching (Including the timber)
The Privacy Screens (including the glass)
The Balustrading (including the glass)
The Pergola (including the timber)
The Cladding

Integration

We can fully integrate into the site planning/ install teams if required to ensure we fully understand site times lines and delivery restrictions. The ease of working with one supplier instead of the potential of 5 in the example given.

Furthermore the enhanced site services we can offer will help ease the process. These include, on site surveying, our own delivery fleet and site installation.
